Managed Security and IT Services: one partner, around the clock
Running security and IT operations 24 hours a day takes more people, tools and specialist skills than most organizations can hire and keep. As a managed security service provider (MSSP), we run these functions for you under one contract, with agreed service levels and a predictable fee. The work is delivered from an ISO/IEC 27001:2022-certified operation.
Is this right for us?
The service is designed for mid-size and large organizations in finance, government, telco and other sectors. They need 24/7 security and dependable IT operations, but do not want to build and staff every function themselves. You can hand over a single function, such as security monitoring, or several at once.
What changes for the organization
Costs become predictable, because a fixed fee replaces recruitment, staff turnover and the strain of night shifts. Attacks are spotted and contained sooner, because analysts watch your SIEM (log correlation system), EDR (protection on laptops and servers) and threat intelligence at all hours. And recovery stops being an assumption. Backups are restored regularly as a test, and the time each restore takes is measured.
Services we operate
- A 24/7 security operations center that monitors, investigates and contains attacks, with detection mapped to MITRE ATT&CK. When something happens, we tell you what it was and what we have done about it.
- Cloud operations for AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and Kubernetes, hardened against CIS Benchmarks, patched and kept in line with the agreed configuration while your developers keep working.
- Backup and disaster recovery, with immutable backups (copies that cannot be changed or deleted, even by ransomware), regular restore tests and documented recovery procedures.
- Identity and endpoint management, covering access governance, endpoint protection and the device lifecycle.
- A service desk for day-to-day IT support, working to agreed response times.
Commercial terms
Contracts carry a fixed fee and service levels for response times. Each quarter we hold a service review and provide a one-page dashboard for the board. We can operate the tools you already own or bring our own.
A first conversation
We usually start with an operations assessment. It reviews your current coverage, the gaps, and the quickest realistic route to 24/7 protection. Book a call with our team.
